Aluminium Adhesive Tape

Sold in 10M rolls and used for sealing the ends of your polycarbonate. Aluminium for the top ends (Highest Point). The size stated in the product description is the sheet these rolls will fit. The actual width of the tape is as follows:
6 & 10mm is 26mm wide approx
16mm is 40mm wide approx
25 & 32mm is 47mm wide approx
35 & 40mm is 60mm wide approx

It is advised that all taped sheets are also fitted with the "Sheet End Closure" to protect these tapes from damage.

Sheet Endclosures or "U" Drips

Sheet End closure or "U" Drips as they are sometimes known, are used to close the top & bottom ends of Polycarbonate sheet. These end closures are designed to be used in conjunction with the aluminium and vent tapes applied to the sheets prior to installation of the sheet end closure with their unique drip design they prevent water from being blown under the sheet into the eaves space on your roof.

Eaves Retainer

This totally new section closes eaves cavity under sheets and hooks into the sheet enclosures to securely hold the polycarbonate multiwall sheets, this helps to prevent slippage on sloping roofs. These eaves retainers also help prevent excessive pressure on the end caps.

Sealing Buttons

Sealing Buttons

Sealing Buttons are 45mm in diameter with a 16mm boss. Sealing buttons are used to give additional fixings to Polycarbonate sheets but can be used for other applications. Buttons should only be used in the center of the polycarbonates sheet. NEVER use buttons across the width as this will prevent the Polycarbonate from expanding. Each pack of sealing buttons contain 10 buttons and caps, 10 foam sealing washers and 10 screws.

For 6mm sheet use B6, For 10 & 16mm Use B16 & for 25 & 32mm use B25.

come pre-welded and are ready to install, simply cut out the polycarbonate, using the templates supplied with the vent, taking care not to damage the piece your are removing as this is required for the hinged lid. Then using the sealant and gaskets supplied, fit to your existing sheet. If fitting new sheets you will find it easier to work on the ground.
