Peak 100 Self-Supporting Glazing Bar

Peak 100 Glazing bars are the ideal bar for a fully professional appearance; all mountings & fixings are fully encased in the capping. The bars, designed by C & A, are fully self-supporting up to 4M in length/projection, a 6M bar is available but will require additional support.

Suitable for 16, 25, 32mm thick polycarbonate. Capped top & bottom by Brown or White uPVC cladding to give good thermal insulation. Ideal for carports, canopies and conservatory roofs. For the first and last glazing bar in your run of sheeting use end bar infills on the outside edge of the glazing bar, listed below, Please make sure you use the 16mm end bar infills for 16mm sheets, 25mm end bar infills for 25mm sheets & of course 32mm end bar infills for 32mm sheets.

End Caps and Pivot Mounting Brackets are listed seperately at the end of the glazing bar section but you can tick the box when ordering the bar to also add these to your order.

Pivot Mounting Brackets are used to secure both peak 75 & 100 glazing bars to the wall plate and front beam. 1 Pack comes with 2 mounting brackets to fix both top & bottom ends of the glazing bar, Stainless Steel Pivot Pin & 8 Stainless Steel Fixing Screws

16mm End Bar Infills

16mm Edge Beads are used with the Avon system glazing bars when using 16mm sheets. They are used to provide a finish to the first and last bar in roof. They have been specially designed to mimic a polycarbonate sheet so as to allow the correct loading when the top cap of the glazing bar is pushed home ensuring a uniform pressure on the polycarbonate sheets when fixed down.

25mm Edge Beads

25mm Edge Beads are used with the Avon system glazing bars when using 25mm sheets. They are used to provide a finish to the first and last bar in the roof. They have been specially designed to mimic a polycarbonate sheet so as to allow the correct loading when the top cap of the glazing bar is pushed home, ensuring a uniform pressure on the polycarbonate sheets when fixed down

Peak 100 Glazing Bar End Cap

This cap is a universal cap designed for use with the Peak 100 system taking sheets from 16mm to 32mm.
